129th Bank of America Boston Marathon® Official Charity Partner

The 2025 Progeria Research Foundation Boston Marathon Team

The Progeria Research Foundation is proud to be a part of the Boston Athletic Association’s 129th Bank of America Boston Marathon Official Charity Program. As one of many charity partners, we will have a team of 10 runners in the 129th Boston Marathon on April 21, 2025.

Summary of Team Requirements for The Progeria Research Foundation Marathon Team Numbers

$10,000 minimum fundraising commitment
$375 race entry fee (amount set by the B.A.A.)

Team Requirements for Runners With Their Own Marathon Bib Number

  • $1,500 basic fundraising commitment

The Progeria Research Foundation Team Members Receive: 

  • A personal fundraising web page and on-line tools that make fundraising easy
  • Complimentary entry and recognition at PRF’s International Race for Research 5k in Peabody, MA on Sept. 13, 2025
  • A training program designed by an experienced marathon coach
  • Weekly training group runs and monthly ZOOM meetings
  • The Progeria Research Foundation apparel and team singlet
  • A pre-race gathering for team photos and presentation of official Boston Marathon, B.A.A.™  Marathon jacket
  • And much more!
